At 6am sharp every Friday morning we meet on Anderson Street hill ( gate B), for an hour of interval running. This is a coached session designed to develop strength & speed with a strong emphasis on good running form. This will typically include a combination of track intervals, running hills, and a fair bit of huff & puff!
