5 week running technique clinic
Over 5 consecutive weeks we will teach you the skills & tools to improve your running technique & efficiency. These are the skills that will make you a stronger, faster and better runner, that will not only result in better performance but reduce your likelihood of injury.
This clinic is open to all ages, and levels of running ability. You won't be left behind, as we spend all of our time in a small part of the oval ( we don't go on long runs!).
