A 1 hour one on one personalised run coaching session. designed to meet your needs.

This can be a running technique coaching session, focussing on running efficiency and the specifics of your running gait. We will look at elements such as; foot placement, body posture, knee drive, glute activation & cadence.

Alternately this session can be a coached Track or Interval session (hills, tempo, fartlek).
