At 6am sharp every Friday morning we meet on Anderson Street hill ( gate B), for an hour of interval running. This is a coached session designed to develop strength & speed with a strong emphasis on good running form. This will typically include a combination of hills, stairs, and track, and a fair bit of huff & puff!
Quantity:
$10 per casual session or just $240 for a whole year's training!
